By placing an order you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Products
We take care to ensure that product descriptions and specifications are accurate. Actual pieces may vary slightly in colour from the online photos. If you are unhappy with a purchase please see our Returns policy.
Ordering
A contract between the customer and Bohemian Butterfly Ltd. will only exist once the order has been ACCEPTED, PROCESSED AND DESPATCHED.
Returns Policy
We are confident that you will love your Bohemian Butterfly purchases, however, should you need to return a product for some reason, we are happy to refund the item.
If you wish to exchange or return an item you must notify us via email or telelphone within 48 hours of receiving delivery.
Do not remove the tags or the exchange/refund will not be allowed.
In the event of a return or exchange we require that you return the unused and undamaged products to us, with all original packaging and tags still on, within 7 days (UK), 14 days (International). We will not be responsible for any item that is not returned in such manner.
All refunds and exchanges are subject to our discretion.
VAT
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling and are VAT inclusive. If you reside out of the European Community your purchase will not be subject to VAT. Upon checkout VAT will automatically be deducted for billing addresses which are outside the European Community.
Bohemian Butterfly cannot calculate Customs and Duties with all international deliveries. Your local Customs authority will notify you of these amounts once your order is within your country.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Bohemian Butterfly uses Royal Mail for both UK and International deliveries. All deliveries must be signed for. Compensation for damaged and lost packages is included in your delivery cost.
